Duties

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing accounts through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Manage multiple client accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Present compelling sales proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer onboarding processes
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance

 

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills that inspire confidence and foster trust
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially within medical or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Strong account management abilities with a focus on customer retention and growth
  • Skilled in conducting product demos, technical sales, and explaining complex solutions clearly
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage outside sales efforts
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for documentation and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Sharp analysis skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer needs effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations
  • Able to commute daily to our office in Astoria, Queens

Pay: $56,925.57 – $98,555.52 per year
