We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team in New York City. In this role, you will engage directly with business owners who are actively looking to expand their operations and modernize their workflows using AI tools and proven growth strategies.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales position with warm prospects, a tested funnel, and significant earning potential.
Duties
- Conduct consultative discovery calls with prospective clients across multiple industries
- Identify each prospect’s growth needs and recommend the right combination of services and AI-driven solutions
- Deliver tailored presentations and close deals through a structured sales process
- Manage a full pipeline in our CRM with discipline and accuracy
- Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, offers, and outreach strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in tech sales, website sales, SaaS, digital marketing, or a similar consultative product environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable platforms
- Strong general computer skills, including familiarity with CRMs, email platforms, and modern productivity software
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Able to commute daily to our office in Astoria, Queens
Preferred Qualifications
- Background selling AI products, automation tools, or tech-enabled services
- Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
- An established network of small or mid-sized business owners

Pay: $59,551.86 – $71,718.38 per year
